Sketchbook - Ball Point Pen

Ball Point Pen is one of my favourite drawing tools - great for fast, stream of consciousness drawing - very fluid - just a cheap old bic pen. I love them. Here I'm just working out some pose ideas and simple comps.

I completely agree with you. The generic Bic pen is one of the best comp tools in existence. Great for thumbnails where you just want to get down the forms quickly and clearly without making a big fuss about the details. Great stuff man.

Thanks Justin. I'm glad you stopped by - now If I'm not mistaken a battlefield is requiring your attention :)

I love ballpoint pen for sketching! It's truely amazing the amount of variation in marks that you can get out of one. There's also something relaxing about the smell of the ink on the page.

Nice work!
